Implementation Engineer (Jersey City or Pennington)

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Dynatrace Implementation Engineer/System Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Services Department supporting the Monitoring and Performance Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-service orientation which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Systems Engineer Location: Jersey City and Pennington NJ Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2 What's the Job? Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace solutions for optimal application and infrastructure performance. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support technical change management processes. Work within and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures. Contextualize and match business requirements with technical solutions. Act as a contributor to large corporate projects, ensuring smooth project delivery. What's Needed? Expertise in deploying and configuring Dynatrace solutions to extract maximum value for customers. Experience with industry-standard service desk management solutions such as ServiceNow and Jira. Experience with client build and management solutions, e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Autopilot/Intune. Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results independently.
