We are seeking a highly skilled
Service Desk Technician
to work in
Corpus Christi, TX. The ability to obtain a security clearance is required. A Secret clearance is preferred.

Required Skills/Experience:
Working knowledge and experience with MS Windows 10Working knowledge and experience with MS Office 20XX and upGeneral working knowledge and experience with printersDesktop/printer troubleshooting skillsDesired Skills:
Active Directory Users and computers familiaritySoftware installation and troubleshootingBasic network functionality/troubleshootingKnowledge of MS Teams and troubleshooting (connection/camera/mic)Experience with remote access softwareExperience with ticket systems (i.e. Remedy/CA)Assisting users with software, printer, file access, logon and other issuesProper phone etiquette when assisting usersRequirements:
Security Clearance: SECRET, Interim SECRET required to begin work
Education Requirements: BA/BS degree and 1-5 years of experience, or AA/AS/Tech School degree and 2+ years of experience
Certifications:
IAT Level I (or higher) certification (Network+, A+ , CCNA Security, CND, SSCP)Windows Desktop support certification/training (is required within 60 days of start)Physical and Mental Qualifications:
Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hoursProlonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)Able to lift up to 15 poundsExcellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English languageExecute tasks independently and work as a teamLearns and memories routine tasksStrong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skillsCandidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.
