We're seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities
•Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and Leads -No cold Calling.•Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored insurance solutions.•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.•Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize your income and career growth opportunities.•Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel•Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities•Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice•Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
Qualifications
•Previous sales experience is preferred but not required - if you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to you.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.•Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.•A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
