Position Description:The position will supervisor and oversee Sales Representatives that sell a variety of water treatment solutions including water softeners and healthy drinking water systems.Hires and trains new sales representatives and does routine "Ride-a-longs" as needed.Develop marketing plans that will help sales reps generate new leads and opportunities.Create action plans for sales representatives that need extra guidance.Why Culligan Ultrapure:

Job Qualifications:
BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 5+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.Community involvement.Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.Ability to work unsupervised.Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.Valid driver's licenseSalary & Benefits:
