Function: We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be client-facing in order to help run our COVID testing clinics. It is vital that you are passionate about helping people during this pandemic by providing excellent customer service, professionalism and accuracy Requirements Job Requirements: Administration of Windows based applications of basic principles, theories, and concepts User desktop management with a working knowledge of system patch practices and imaging Creating new work accounts in Google Suite Our IT Specialists delve into several parts of the IT world including networking, software, hardware, routing, setting up medical testing devices, and basic things like resetting passwords and creating work accounts Setting up hardware and software at Covid testing sites including Sofia machines, desktop/laptops, and networking tools. Qualifications: 2 years of current IT industry experience in desktop support or a similar role Proven experience handling many facets of IT including software and hardware management, remote helpdesk, and networking Ability to travel up to 50% of the time in order to ready new site openings Must be able to handle a fast paced work environment. We are constantly adding new testing locations every month and need someone that loves to be busy Ability to self manage with minimal training and structure. We are a startup company that is expanding very quickly Working knowledge of Microsoft Networking principles such as DNS, WINS, DHCP a plus Working knowledge of Cisco based routing and switching a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to drive a company vehicle Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass an MVR Work Conditions: Full-time Open availability and ability to work off hours if needed Ability to work on site and remote (this is not a remote only role) Sitting for extended periods of time Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Mileage reimbursement We do not sponsor work visas at this time.
