Job Description Provide IT systems administration, including planning for, installing, and maintaining computer systems, including servers, storage area networks and network attached storage on five enclaves. Perform SharePoint Server (2019) on-prem administration including installation, configuration, migration, and services management. Provide performance monitoring and tuning, upgrades and patching, backup and recovery, as well as troubleshooting and problem resolution. Develop and maintain schedules and plans for system updates and patching. Audit server utilization. Ensure all application deliverables and systems comply with applicable DISA STIGs or Security Requirements Guidance. Identify and report system risks.

Qualifications

3 years' experience in systems administration in a Windows based environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field desired. Must be certified at IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, or other certification satisfying DoD 8140 certification requirements). Microsoft certification a plus. Experience with SharePoint PowerShell PNP, SharePoint Designer 2013 and Workflows. Experience with SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Automate. Experience with SharePoint Site administration and SharePoint Central Administration Console. Experience with Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019, and VMWare vSphere. Must have experience with STIGs. Working knowledge of IT Systems Maintenance Compliance processes to include information assurance vulnerability management (IAVM). Experience creating, reviewing, and revising security documentation and artifacts. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Administration, PowerShell, SharePoint, scripting, and Windows configuration techniques. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers with Microsoft Windows. Experience administering servers in a virtualized production environment using VMware vSphere technology desired. Able to assess server infrastructure and configuration and identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, and an ability to conceptualize server infrastructures and configurations. Experience with DoD IT environment and networks. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
