Business Analyst (C Advanced) - Tallahassee, FL - Onsite- Contract Position
Primary Job Duties and TasksThe activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:Work with stakeholders and development team to determine project scope and vision, gather and prioritize collected requirementsCommunicate changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through writtendocumentationEnsure technology solutions align with business needs and strategic goalsResearch, document, test and leverage business solutionsCreate deliverables such as activity diagrams, use cases, user stories, entity-relationshipdiagrams, state transition diagrams, etc.Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standardsTroubleshoot and resolve complex problems utilizing knowledge of software applications and configurationAssist with quality assurance / testing of products and solutionsMaintain procedures manuals and system documentationDevelop prototypes of interfaces and attributes, as neededDiscover and analyze existing business processes.Analyze defined business rules and functional requirements.Create new, and analyze existing, business requirements documents.Plan, schedule, facilitate, and document meetings.Plan, schedule, facilitate and document user acceptance testing.Produce reports and project artifacts.Coordinate production implementations.Assist with the execution of organizational change management.The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the
following areas:
Experience with establishing and maintaining business process workflows.Ability to construct effective test plans and test cases.Ability to communicate business information effectively and in writing to users andinformation technology personnel.Ability to write technical documentation.Preference will be given to candidates that have:
Experience working with Integrated Eligibility Systems (SNAP, TANF Medicaid)
