Education and Certification Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Qualifications
a) Experience implementing and/or testing in one or more of the following: • ERP systems • PeopleSoft Modules • Financials • Human Capital Management (HCM) • Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) | b) Experience performing activities directly related to validating ERP implementation. | c) Experience performing testing and reporting. | d) Experience preparing test plans to confirm business requirements, testing scenarios including testing results. | e) Experience in tracking and reporting test results. | f) Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and experience communicating with multiple levels, from leadership (e.g., Division Director), to technical and functional staff. | g) Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio. | h) Experience using Smartsheet or other similar collaboration tools. | i) Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing activities directly related to an ERP. | j) Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing activities directly related to user acceptance testing (UAT) working with the State or with other large government entity. | k) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. | l) Two or more years managing projects. |
Preferred Qualifications
a) Five (5) years of experience performing activities directly related to an ERP. b) Five (5) years of experience performing activities directly related to user acceptance testing (UAT) working with the State or with other large government entity. c) Experience working with the State or with other governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count. d) Experience Testing Financials, HCM, and OAC. e) Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.59+. f) Experience developing UAT plans. g) Experience working with functional users. h) Experience with the following People Soft modules: • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Commitment Control • Contracts • Project Closing • Purchase Orders/Encumbrances • Asset Management • General Ledger • Billing • Grants • Human Capital Management i) Experience managing one or more projects of medium to high complexity.
Specific skill set required
Experience implementing and/or testing ERP systems, PeopleSoft modules, Financials, HCM, and OAC/OBIA

Ability to prepare detailed test plans, manage testing execution, and track/report on test results
