Kuritas corporate philosophy is to study the properties of water, master them and create an environment in which nature and humanity are in harmony The Electrical Inspector will perform electrical in-process, final, and pre shipment inspection of products at supplier sites and in-house manufacturing, write inspection reports and nonconforming material reports, and submit daily reports to quality manager. The frequency of travel will vary. Job Title: Electrical Inspector Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Comp: $50/hour Responsibilities: Inspecting electrical wiring systems, programmable logic controllers (PLC), cables, Remote input Output cabinet, loop testing, etc. Knowledge of electrical drawings and schematics. Enforcing codes and standards (Electrical codes NEC version 2023 and UL 508A), Maintaining inspection records. Planning and conducting surveillance inspections in accordance with scheduling requirements. Responsible for performing on-site inspections at manufacturing facilities to ensure that products are being manufactured in accordance with established standards and specifications. Document manufacturer's production and quality processes; review required production tests, including methods, equipment used and calibration of equipment. Drawings will be provided by Kurita. Document non-compliances found during the inspection and submit reports. Qualifications:
Associate degree, diploma, or similar experience as an electrician 5-7 years experience as an electrician Licensed electrician Knowledge of Electrical codes NEC version 2023 and UL 508A Knowledge of electrical inspection equipment and computer skills EEO/AA/F/M/Vet/Disabled
