Job TitleVMware AdministratorMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsVMware, ESXi, vCenter, AVS/AWS(cloud)Experience Required8+ years experienceRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage and administer VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.Perform VMware installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using VMware tools.Implement and maintain VMware clusters, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.Ensure security compliance and best practices for VMware environments.Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve infrastructure issues.Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning for VMware systems.Strong knowledge in Cloud platforms AWS, Azure.Strong Knowledge on Disaster Recovery tool Zerto.VMware NSX knowledge.Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies as needed.Stay updated with VMware technologies and recommend system improvements.Understanding of network protocols and security concepts.Familiarity with patch management and configuration management practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Environment.
