If you love taking award-winning PSDs and creating super tight code and WordPress themes, then we're the place for you. You'll have the following skills:
Passion for WordPress and open source technologyHTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AngularPHP WordPress theme/plugin development - must build custom themes from scratchBootstraps or other CSS Frameworks / ResetsModernizrResponsive/Adaptive developmentProgressive Enhancement / Graceful DegradationHTML and CSS Specifications (W3C / WHATWG)UX / UsabilityCross-Browser / Cross-Platform DevelopmentWebsite Speed / PerformanceDebugging Tools (Firebug, etc)Qualifications
Will have live URLs of your work to referenceMust be able to collaborate effectivelyMust be a proactive communicatorMust be able to get to extreme detailLikely an excellent writer
