Project planning, teamwork and evaluation skills are keys to success in this role and safety is of utmost importance!Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you'll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations:Performs moderately sophisticated technical assignments that ensure system integrity, compliance, facility equipment maintenance, and pipeline operations supportParticipates in project planning and collaborates with company partners to guarantee accurate and available dataReads, understands and evaluates engineering design documents, contracts and agreementsAdheres to all policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: High school diploma/GED and equivalent experience or Associates degree in engineering or a technical field and a minimum of four (4) years' experience in oil & gas industryPreferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field and minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in field operations or other technical specialtyPhysical and Environment Work Requirements:Must be willing to:Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spacesCarry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as neededStand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of timeWork at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)Use hand toolsShift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:Available to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays as the need arisesMay be required to work overtime, 10-12 hour shifts and travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight staysOther Requirements: Must possess valid State Driver's License and clean driving recordExhibits excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skillsAdditional Requirements:Experienced with high-speed natural gas engines and compressors, including Ariel/Caterpillar packagingKnowledgeable in installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipmentSkilled in fleet-level maintenance, reliability programs, and equipment health monitoringProficient in technical training facilitation, root cause failure analysis, and equipment sizing/selectionFamiliar with tools/software for maintenance and performance analysis, such as Maximo, Windrock Analyzers, OSIsoft PI, Resonance Analyzers, Caterpillar Gas Engine Rating Pro (GERP), Ariel performance softwarePreferred: Experience in vibration analysis/testing (Category 1, 2, 3+) and API 618 pulsation analysisPreferred: Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) certificationHourly/Salary Guidelines:(Minimum, Midpoint, Maximum)$105,000 - $120,000 - $135,000Why Choose Williams?We are committed to providing our employees with competitive compensation and benefits as part of your Total Rewards package to help protect your current and future physical, emotional, and financial health.
