Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for an

IT Systems Training Specialist

to support one of our local clients in Downers Grove, IL.

Overview:

The End User Trainer will design and deliver training sessions for authorized users on the project management system workflows and processes. This includes both internal contract company staff and external stakeholders. The trainer will ensure users are proficient in using the system effectively.This is a contract role that will have a start date of January 2025.

Responsibilities:Identifying training requirements based on user roles, skill levels, and system functionalities.Creating comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.Conducting instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and webinars.Developing online training modules and courses.Maintaining and updating training materials and FAQs.Evaluating training programs to measure their impact on user performance and satisfaction.Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training outcomes.Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance training effectiveness.Communicating the benefits of new systems or processes to end-users.Addressing user concerns and resistance to change.Scheduling training sessions, managing training records, and tracking attendance.Providing feedback on software usability and user experience.Coaching and Mentoring: Providing ongoing support and coaching to users.Education & Experience:

Experience with Program Management Information Systems (PMIS)Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
