About Our OpportunityAs an EDI Coordinator at Chervon North America, you will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing master data related to our supply chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, enabling us to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.
Job ResponsibilitiesEnd -to-end ownership of system information exchanges across the business.Coordinate with external service providers to build, enhance, maintain, and support key system integrations among data interchange programs.Responsible for customer onboarding from testing to implementation and ongoing maintenance as necessary.Design, develop, test, and deploy customized data sharing platforms.Review failed EDI transactions and perform root cause analysis to develop and implement solutions.Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.Create and maintain master data templates and guidelines to facilitate accurate and consistent data storage and integrity.Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies to ensure efficient data flow.Serve as the primary point of contact for all EDI or data related requests including but not limited to analysis and reporting.Collaborate cross functionally to understand business processes and related transactions in various systems to support projects and progressive initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel (including pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.Familiarity with data management and governance practices.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.3-5 years of relevant experience required.Proven experience as an EDI Coordinator, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have supervisory responsibility.
TravelThis position requires approximately 5% domestic travel.
