Summary of Job:At Lee Company, the Business Intelligence (BI) team plays a pivotal role in shaping data-driven strategies that drive operational efficiency and elevate both customer and employee experiences. The Business Intelligence Analyst will contribute to these initiatives by developing and maintaining data models, pipelines, and reporting structures that align with the companys strategic objectives. They will partner with internal teams across the organization to train and support our Power BI Citizen Report Developers, streamline data processes, and ensure actionable insights and data solutions are accessible to decision-makers. This position will be a hybrid position, requiring the candidate to be in the Franklin, Tennessee office at least 3 days a week.
Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related fieldDatabase and reporting experience pulling from multiple sourcesHands-on experience with designing and developing dashboards using Power BIExperience with leading teams from requirements to solutions.Skills and Abilities:Excellent knowledge and experience of SQL and PythonExperience with Microsofts Power Platform and SynapseHands-on experience with designing and developing dashboards using Power BIAbility to understand the data and its underlying processes and draw meaningful conclusions from the resultsExcellent ability to understand business processesExceptional analytic skills and attention to detailStrong ability to work with large quantities of detailed data from multiple sourcesExcellent verbal and written communication skills & effective listening skillsStrong initiative and willingness to take on projects in proactive mannerExcellent organization & time management skillsStrong ability to manage constantly shifting priorities and requirementsMotivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and leadStrong communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsAble to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected changeTeachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvementStrong critical thinking or creative problem solving skillsAbility to research and implement new processes and programs to work towards automation and efficiency improvementsKnowledge of Big Data technology such as Azure Synapse, Delta Lake and SPARKCompany Perks & Benefits:Our mission at Lee Company is to create an environment where our employees can thrive, and we mean that.
