- Job Title: nCino Senior Business Analyst - Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States (Initial 2-4 weeks onsite and later complete Remote) - Type: Fulltime - Required Experience: 6+ years in Banking with a focus on Commercial Lending / nCino - Role Responsibilities: - Serving as a Functional BA for nCino implementation for Commercial Lending - Defining target process for Commercial lending by working with business - Conducting business analysis, preparing stories / requirements, reviewing, and finalizing requirements - Mapping requirements to nCino capabilities and modules - Coordinating with the larger team and helping with requirements and providing clarifications - Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending and experience with nCino projects - Experience as a BA in Commercial Lending on nCino - nCino certifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel) - Prior development experience is a plus.
