Description: NSI requires a Senior Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst for a contingent contract to support PMA 266 Program Office. Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as APs, Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), PIDs, SOW/PWS, funding documents, CDRLs, and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assesses program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares

Location: Patuxent River, MD

Education: BS or BA degree preferred.

Allowable Substitution: Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Experience: Over 10 years of experience performing the following:Supporting and drafting program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.Supporting and drafting program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.Supporting the development of program acquisition documentation such as APs, Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), PIDs, SOW/PWS, funding documents, CDRLs, and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).Assessing program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.Attending, participates, supporting, analyzing, providing input, developing, preparing and reporting on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.Desired Experience: Over 2 years' experience with UAS. Proficient knowledge in NAVAIR contracting processes and AMS systems.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
