Insight Global seeks a skilled Network Engineer/Technician for a large insurance and finance company. Responsibilities include providing technical support for networking equipment, diagnosing and resolving issues, installing and maintaining devices, collaborating on network solutions, monitoring performance and security, documenting configurations, assisting in projects, and staying updated on industry trends, especially Cisco products. Candidate will be paid based off of experience between $50-65/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Network EnigneerExperience with Panorama and Palo Alto firewallsProven experience in providing technical support for networking equipment and technologies.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, routing, switching, VLANs, and subnetting.Familiarity with network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Cisco Certified Support Technician (Networking) or higher
