Job Description
A Laborer works under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor, Plant Engineer, and Quality Control Manager, and performs one or more of the Principal Responsibilities.Perform general labor jobs, including, but not limited to, sweeping, shoveling, cleaning, stenciling bags, restack, repack, bucketing, Un-bucketing, cleaning out mixers, etc.Completes all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.Assure standards of safety, environmental, team and individual performance are met in a high performance team-based organization.Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.Must be able to read, count, and maintain legible and accurate counts and paperwork as required.Must be able to perform lifting (80 lbs.), shoveling, and sweeping, as required by the job.Maintain good safety and housekeeping habits. Keeps general work area clean and organized.Additional Information
