NCQA is seeking a Sales Trainer to lead the development and expansion of sales training and onboarding to ensure both new hires and existing sales team members have an appropriate level of knowledge to articulate product and program offerings to prospective customers.

The Sales Trainer will design, produce and deliver training programs for onboarding of new team members across sales and marketing. Additionally, this individual will provide sales training to support new product launches, sales tools and technology capabilities including Salesforce CRM enhancements. The Sales Trainer will partner with the Talent and Organizational Development lead to leverage NCQA's learning management system (LMS) and enterprise expertise. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with the sales, marketing and talent and organizational development to plan, develop, coordinate and implement comprehensive sales training to support the achievement of growth objectives.Develop and maintain custom interactive product and process/technology training guides specifically for sales and marketing that include validation of knowledge level.Assist in the adaptation of external technical product training programs into sales training modules that provide the necessary level of knowledge to articulate products to prospective buyers.Coordinate, schedule and deliver sales training that includes sales process, new hire and skill development.In partnership with the talent and organizational development team; implement and provide maintenance of sales training journeys within the enterprise LMS.Provide ongoing training to support various sales tools, Salesforce CRM capabilities and other technologies to optimize the team's effectiveness and efficiency.Own the multi-year roadmap to develop and maintain custom product and process/technology training guides specifically for sales and marketing.Evaluate training programs on an ongoing basis and make improvements based on feedback from trainees, leadership and peers.Update training programs in response to new products and strategic initiatives.Utilize continuous metrics and outcomes measurement tools to identify and implement improvement to the learning strategy and roadmap.Build, manage, and continuously update SharePoint and Sales Playbook pages to ensure sales teams have easy access to training materials, resources, and tools.Provide regular feedback while supporting new hires on their learning journey to supervisors.Requirements:

3+ years' experience with hands-on training and development with preferred experience in sales related function.3+ years' experience working with a learning management system (e.g., Percipio) including administrative responsibilities.Preferred healthcare or related field experience.Sales tool experience including Salesforce CRM and marketing cloud.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to learn and train on healthcare quality programs.Experience delivering interactive live virtual and in-person training.Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and methodologies as well as assessment and measurement tools.Experience using video editing tools such as Camtasia and training authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or RiseProficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation & Benefits:

For new hires, this position pays in the range of $105K - $120K per year, depending on experience.This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, payable in accordance with policy.Click here for employee benefit information.
