Job Description

As a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator at PEAK, part of the URUS group, you will be integral to ensuring the precision and efficiency of our supply inventory operations. Your role will involve meticulous inventory reporting, reconciling supply expenses with actual sales procedures, and collaborating with IT to develop a cutting-edge supply management tool. By supporting daily purchasing needs and overseeing month-end inventory processes, you will drive operational excellence and contribute significantly to our strategic supply chain goals. Leverage your analytical skills and attention to detail to enhance our inventory management practices and support the purchasing team during peak periods. Key responsibilities are outlined below.

Site Visits and Inventory Management:Oversee Daily Warehouse Operations: Manage the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Conduct routine checks to ensure that inventory records match physical stock levels, addressing any discrepancies immediately.Maintain Warehouse Organization: Implement and enforce organizational standards for warehouse layout, ensuring optimal use of space and easy access to items.Picking and Packing: Perform the picking and packing process to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and meet quality standards.Inventory Management:

Oversee Inventory Levels: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock availability aligns with production and operational needs.Conduct Regular Audits: Perform regular inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.Manage Reorder Points: Set and adjust reorder points based on historical data, seasonal trends, and anticipated demand to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.Coordinate Inventory Transfers: Oversee the transfer of inventory between locations, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely completion of transfers.Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that goods are shipped and received on time and in good condition.Optimize Transportation Routes: Work with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes, reducing costs and improving delivery times.Manage Warehouse Operations: Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient storage, picking, and packing of orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.Handle Customs and Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with relevant customs regulations and company policies, handling any necessary documentation and reporting.Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferredHighly valued: Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP)Highly valued: Demonstrated experience working in JDEProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partnersTrack record of effectively identifying and solving supply chain challengesProficient in data analysis tools and techniques.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilitiesEffective verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong organizational skills, particularly in managing details crucial to the supply chain processDemonstrated ability to drive and adapt to changes in the dynamic environmentExcellent time management to meet critical deadlines in the fast-paced industryExceptional problem-solving skills applied to optimize supply chain processes
