The Specialist, Document Imaging performs all Scanning Department duties relating to various departments' work that occurs in Patient Financial Services.
Essential Job Functions:Processing incoming mail and preparing documents for scanningScanning documents to proper location in accordance with the Record Retention PolicyAny tasks resulting from these basic functions which are necessary to complete the document processProper communications with coworker and supervisors to maintain proper processing methodsMeeting regulatory compliance requirements, as well as Ensembles Health Partners missionPerforms other duties as assignedThis document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job. Job Experience:
1 to 3 Years
Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1-2 years' experience in the healthcare industry.Experience with general computer systems such as Microsoft Office programs and office equipment such as scanning machines and printers.Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance and provider relations.Join an award-winning company
