Estate Planning Expertise:

Proficient in guardianship and probate avoidance strategies.Advanced Knowledge:

Serve as the main attorney handling estate planning and probate matters, engaging directly with clients to fulfill their goals.Assist clients through the entire process, starting from the initial handover by the sales team until the successful closure of the case file.Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, accompanied by strong references.At least 3 years of prior experience in estate and trust administration and probate is required for this position.Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in the state of Florida.Residence in the state of Florida is a mandatory requirement for this role.Candidates must also be eligible to work in the United States.How to Apply:
