We need an incredible multitasker to join us in supporting our team and helping our clients.Compensation:Health insurance stipendJoin us in making a meaningful difference for our clients and contributing to our team's success.Benefits for qualified employees include: PTO, Medical Insurance Stipend, IRA (matching), Professional DevelopmentResponsibilities:Organize files efficiently to ensure a smooth workflow is maintained within the firm.Schedule and manage important events and deadlines with precision.Provide assistance to clients in completing legal forms and offer support throughout the process.Draft letters and court documents for attorney review.Generate reports and legal documents under the supervision of an attorney.Keep clients promptly updated on progress and gather necessary information.Assist in preparing cases for hearings and trials.Support attorneys during meetings and provide necessary assistance.Attend weekly case management meetings and ensure accurate updates are maintained in case files.Perform backup tasks such as e-filing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments effectively.Notarize documents when required.Complete any other assigned tasks competently.Qualifications:To be considered for the Estate Planning - Probate Paralegal position in Hollywood, FL, candidates should have completed a paralegal professional certification or possess an advanced paralegal education.Strong verbal and written communication skills are a crucial requirement for this role.Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential qualities for potential candidates.Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Florida Probate paralegal.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Florida Estate Planning is also required.While a high school diploma is necessary, additional training at a college or university is preferred.Proficiency in document-building software like WealthCounsel and/or Westlaw Form Builder is a mandatory requirement, although experience with similar software will be taken into consideration.Proficiency in Clio Manage is a must, but experience with similar practice management software will be considered.Familiarity with Google Mail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar is preferred but not mandatory for this role.Candidates should have a typing speed of 60-100 WPM to be eligible for this position.Compensation:
