About the role
Like you, this job is multi-dimensional, and every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.
  • Work with the agency account team and other agency managers to deliver operational excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management.
  • Assist on both small- and large-scale email deployments and at times has the ability to take ownership with minimal oversight from agency leadership.
  • Manage CRM-client objectives, expectations, timelines, and communicate effectively with clients and agency teams.
  • Learn the intricate details of the brand guidelines and understand the unique business challenges to be a steward of the brand.
  • Assist agency team with the project management workflow, overseeing the efficiency and quality of work.
  • Prepare and assist team leader with client meetings by providing quality meeting notes and tracking any adjustments to project briefs or creative edits.
  • Be a resource for the agency team and look for opportunities to take the lead on projects.


About the requirements
You've got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.
  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing, advertising, strategic communications or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of client-facing advertising industry experience managing the creation and delivery of great work.
  • Digital marketing exposure, inclusive of email marketing including campaign creation, segmentation, and performance analysis a plus
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, understand their needs, and articulate marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge email template customization and troubleshooting design issues.
  • Ability to analyze email campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail to ensure email content is error-free, meets brand guidelines, and complies with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
  • Extra points for knowledge of or willingness to learn email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple client campaigns, deadlines, and feedback cycles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to tailor email strategies to each client's goals, ensuring optimal engagement and performance.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of client and agency operations.
  • Passionate, positive, and solution-oriented.
  • Able to work in a hybrid office environment at the Plano, Texas location: Tuesdays and Thursdays in office with Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays remote optional.
