Cyber Security Business Development Specialist

Zurich is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join ZRS in the new Zurich Commercial Services Distribution profit center. This role will support and manage existing broker relationships. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 3 days a week in our St. Louis, MO office.
This role does not include a company car. In this role you will manage and grow the distribution of all SpearTip's monitoring and advisory products and services within the US in order to increase our market share.

Key responsibilities:
- Drive revenue opportunities within the SpearTip function by working closely with team members and through broader colleague engagement.
- Must thrive in an unstructured, dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Promote the company's products and services by predicting and addressing clients' cyber resilience objectives.
- Collaborate within a team of sales representatives to support business income targets.
- Complete and maintain detailed opportunity assessment/pipeline of working opportunities
- Must be comfortable in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area
OR - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Sales area
OR - Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling Cyber services and/or products
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships
- Involvement in delivering large corporate negotiations and agreements
- Demonstrated marketing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to include presentations
