Operations Research Analyst

SMX Elevate ISR is looking for an Operations Research Analyst to join our team in providing cutting edge analytics in support of military, law enforcement, and commercial entities. Specifically, this role entails conducting advanced data research and analysis and providing finished information products to the client. This is a hybrid position that requires a TS/SCI clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data identification, gathering, analysis, fusion, and evaluation of publicly and commercially available data, products, and services
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques to integrate and analyze data, solve problems, and effectively communicate results to senior leaders and decision makers
- Produce finished information products tailored to government and commercial clients, both independently and as part of a team
- Apply expertise in operational support to identify information gaps and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to enhance the client mission
Required Skills & Experience
- Required clearance: TS/SCI
- Ability to operate in a team environment in researching multi-faceted problem sets in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in performing research, data fusion, and analysis of multi-discipline datasets
- Ability to acquire, display, and analyze spatio-temporal data
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and tradecraft standards to deliver analytic findings in textual form, graphic annotation, or other formats as directed by the government customer, and develop and present briefings to support customer requirements
- Familiarity with commercial datasets commonly used in support of Law Enforcement and Department of Defense information and analytic operations
- Experience converting data collected from multiple sources to perform geospatial analysis
Desired Skills/Experience
- Analytic support to SOF
- Knowledge of the targeting cycle
- Knowledge of other intelligence disciplines, including signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT) , and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
- Experience with publicly available information (PAI) analytic principals
