Position Summary:Our client is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer for their Global Credit Technologies team. This individual will be pivotal in developing and delivering innovative technology solutions for institutional asset managers, contributing to the growth of a world-class credit investing platform. As a key member of a dynamic technology team, the Software Engineer will lead integrations, design, development, and support of software solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Technical Development and Integration (70% of time):
- Lead the management, delivery, and operation of business applications within the Global Credit segment.
- Collaborate on the advancement of integration and full-stack platform architecture.
- Analyze, design, develop, and implement platform components and API-based solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and other deliverables.
2. Coordination and Process Improvement (20% of time):
- Coordinate with offshore resources for successful technical development, quality assurance, release delivery, and process improvement.
- Drive up-skilling initiatives and ensure operational efficiency.
3. Relationship Building (10% of time):
- Establish and nurture relationships with business counterparts and peers within the Global Credit team and across the broader technology domain.
- Leverage relationships to facilitate knowledge exchange and optimize global success.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in computing, math, physics, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software development and management, including .NET and C# projects.
- Strong experience in integration with platforms such as Allvue, Broadridge Sentry, Geneva, S&P Markit EDM, Snowflake, or similar.
- Proficiency in application architecture, design, and implementation across various platforms.
- Experience in financial accounting systems and data warehouse development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
Competencies & Attributes:
- Strong technical leadership skills in data-centric and integration efforts.
- Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Broad-based IT experience with languages, methods, and integration technologies.
- Experience with modern web platforms and languages preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-enablement and enterprise-scale systems a plus.
Benefits/Compensation:
- Anticipated base salary range of $165,000 to $175,000, specific to New York City.
- Comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health insurance, paid time off, and more.
- Eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
