Description

Cyrq Energy, LLC is looking for a NetSuite Developer / Administrator that will be the technical subject matter expert responsible for the NetSuite platform and various modules and add-ons. This person will support and monitor all operational aspects of NetSuite and the use of the system by the business.

As a NetSuite administrator in the green energy industry, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the financial and operational processes and ensuring the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system and all other bolt-on systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with finance, IT, operations, and other key stakeholders to enhance the overall efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities and a strong background in finance processes.

This includes providing strategic direction, managing and/or performing configuration changes, maintaining strong internal controls, provide end user troubleshooting, training team members, designing and implementing searches and reports, perform system testing, managing integrations, and meaningfully moving the platform forward to always be best in class. The NetSuite Developer and Administrator will be a business partner and work with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners to define the roadmap and strategy for ongoing software maintenance, enhancements, and customizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and improvement of NetSuite ERP modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules, including financials, CRM, project management, Fixed Assets, and inventory.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security within the NetSuite environment.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate NetSuite with other bolt-on systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, and SuiteBuilder configurations to support business processes.
  • Work on API integrations and data migration processes to streamline financial operations.
  • Evaluate existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Recommend and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions for multiple teams on NetSuite functionality, ensuring end-users are proficient in utilizing the system.
  • Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches for various departments.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to NetSuite.
  • Keep up-to-date with NetSuite updates and releases, ensuring that the system remains current and secure.
  • Be liaison with third party consulting groups that assist with implementation and improvement of Netsuite when necessary.


Requirements

  • 5-7 years' configuration, development and some administrator experience with NetSuite.
  • NetSuite Certification(s) preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform required
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
  • Proven experience in backend development using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite development tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience with software as a service and private equity-backed technology companies preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into NetSuite solutions.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary Description

$80,000 - $120,000
