Your role:
The ICE ClinicalSpecialist (ICS) is accountable to provide technical and clinical productsupport to health care providers and laboratory staff for diagnostic cathetersand ultrasound systems - with an emphasis on Structural Heart and the ACUSONAcuNav Volume ICE catheter utilization.
The ICS activelyparticipates in internal/external trainings, maintains optimal 2D/4D workflowtechniques and has a strong competitive knowledge. Close collaborationbetween Area Directors of Sales, VP of ICE Sales, and ICE Clinical Specialistsis required to ensure that all clinical objectives and sales goals areachieved.

The pay range for this position is $102,000-$130,000annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience. This position has a bonus component basedupon goals established within the division, targeted at $15,000. Your role:

- Provide clinical product and technicalassistance and training to physicians and staff on the effective use of AcuNavVolume (ICE) Catheter in the cardiac interventional or electrophysiologylaboratories.
- Use consultative selling techniques to identifypotential sales opportunities within the account.
- Maximize customer case support capabilitythrough proper planning and scheduling techniques.
- Stay current on company products instructionsfor use, best practices, and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevantscientific clinical literature and new product information.
- Prioritize and appropriately respond to requestsin a high stress environment and maintain composure and problem-solving focusduring stressful interactions.
- Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multipleinternal and external business partners and stakeholders, and formulatesolutions based on dialogue and input gained during session.
- Actively participates in internal/externaltrainings, maintains optimal scanning techniques and competitive knowledge.
Your expertise:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum 3 years experience in clinicalechocardiography lab with focus on structural heart and 3D/4D imaging orequivalent in industry experience.
- Certification as a Registered CardiacSonographer (RCS) or as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) inadult or pediatric echocardiography ideal.
- Maintains clinical knowledge of healthcareindustry, disease states, therapeutic and institutional trends.
- Willing and able to travel up to 75% overnightlocally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice, must livewithin reasonable distance to airport.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time,working in a hospital laboratory setting, attending live patient cases, andwearing protective gear (i.e. lead aprons), and willing to work variable hoursto meet customer needs.
