Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team at Lendly. This role involves working on a broad range of projects, from customer-facing websites and web applications to the APIs that support these platforms. Additionally, the role includes back-end support for data management, risk management, operations, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with web technologies, frameworks, and cloud services, particularly within the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing web applications using common JavaScript frameworks as well as platforms like Webflow
  • Develop and manage APIs to support web and mobile applications
  • Implement back-end services and support systems for data, risk management, operations, and marketing.
  • Utilize AWS cloud services for hosting and deploying custom solutions.
  • Work with databases such as Snowflake and MongoDB to manage and manipulate data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Angular, React and Vue.js.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Experience with database management systems, particularly Snowflake and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with data management and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of web architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with DevOps practices, tools and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Exposure to fintech industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
