Commercial Services Treasury Manager

Role:
Responsible for the sales and servicing of all commercial products and services and assists with the daily operations in the Commercial Services department. The position requires making calls to commercial members and prospects as well as assisting other officers and employees with the development, sales and servicing of Commercial Services Department products and services.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Sell, and promotes loans, investments, deposit, and other commercial services while providing excellent service in assisting members in accessing and using commercial services (i.e. opening new accounts, account changes, answering member inquiries, online banking etc.) Responsible for the sales of all commercial services products (Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Positive Pay, MC / Visa Services, Line of Credit Sweeps, and all the facets of the online/ mobile banking systems). Analyzes statements and prepares proposals for prospective clients. Schedule and present information to current commercial and potential members.
Serves as an internal contact for commercial service products to commercial and retail members and internal staff. Responsible for coordinating resolution to any operational or member service issues with the operations department. Troubleshoots all problems / issues that occur within the commercial services online system.
Oversee the maintenance of ACH agreements and limits as well as any documentation on new and existing commercial account relationships ( i.e. updating agreements, adding additional services). Responsible for the preparation of required documents on new and existing commercial account relationships.
Conducts and documents risk assessments for all RDC and ACH commercial members.
Coordinate the development of new commercial service's products and services. Works with internal departments to create and update procedures for the Commercial Services Department.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience
Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
Education
(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
