General Responsibilities / Job Summary:

Professional Services Client Service Support assist with treasury management related issues, questions, maintenance from the sales team. This position gathers information for appropriate approvals, client agreements, and documentation needed for initial setup and annual product reviews. This position will also support the Professional Services sales team with account openings and maintenance.

Essential Functions/Duties:Embrace the LINK corporate values of LIVE, INTEGRITY, NURTURE, KNOWLEDGE and infuse those values throughout the company.The position requires the employee to possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn, while providing superior client services to all members of LINKBANK.Complete on boarding documentation and product set up as it relates to; digital channels, ACH and Wire authority, RDC, Positive Pay, Mobile Deposit and Agiletics. Ensure proper documentation is on file and authorized.Open accounts for new Professional Services clients.Provide training to new clients on treasury management services/set up.Complete RDC, Mobile, ACH limit modifications.Assist with Professional Services client reviews.Understand business deposit products and partner with Professional Services and Treasury Management. Support the sales process and portfolio from a servicing perspective.Maintain detailed knowledge and awareness of all LINKBANK products and services.Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field.Follow defined procedures and bank policies while completing assigned tasks.Perform routine maintenance on accounts within multiple deposit and digital channel applications.Identify, research, and resolve reported issues in regard to Professional Services client on-boarding, servicing and troubleshooting.Liaison between sales team and Deposit Operations.Provide exceptional client service.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent education.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Previous experience in the financial services industry.Knowledge of Treasury Management solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong Excel, Word and Outlooks skills.Proven quality customer service experience.Well-developed interpersonal relations.Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Organizational and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accurate.Ability to work independently and build relationships both internally and externally.Self-motivated and desire to learn.Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance.Experience:

Minimum 2-3 Years of Banking Experience; Platform/Customer Service or Operational Experience preferred

Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel to all locations in the bank's footprint as needed.

Physical and Mental Job Requirements:

Technical and detailed analytical work on the computer.Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and deliver and receive information clearly, concisely, and accurately.Must have the visual acuity required to work at a computer terminal.Must have the ability to perform activities such as prepare and analyze data and figures, view computer screen, extensive reading, and report preparation.

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
