Guideline is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team, focused on driving operational excellence and sustainable growth by building efficiencies and scalable systems across the organization. We empower our teams with insightful data, streamlined processes, and innovative solutions to accelerate the revenue engine at Guideline.

This role will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations in the Revenue Organization. The role is available in all Guideline locations, including a fully remote option.

What Will You Be Working OnAs the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the linchpin in our strategic partnerships ecosystem. You will be tasked with architecting and refining processes, enhancing business systems, and delivering insights that propel our growth.

This high-impact role demands a strategic thinker with a robust background in revenue operations and a proven ability to build long term scalable business solutions. You will:
  • Take full ownership of the strategic partnerships portfolio, aligning it with overarching revenue organization objectives to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partnerships and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of partnership performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to continuously refine processes related to strategic partnerships, ensuring they are streamlined, efficient, and scalable across the entire revenue funnel.
  • Responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, proposing process improvements, and implementing revenue automation and optimization strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to Partnership that impacts the revenue funnel, such as Lead Sources, Conversion Rates, Bookings, and Deal Cycles, in order to build data-driven business recommendations back key stakeholders.
  • Own reporting by leveraging data visualization tools like Looker to create visually compelling and interactive dashboards that effectively communicate performance metrics and trends.
  • Provide the Partnerships team with regular, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all platforms
  • Partner with technical teams to develop and enhance business systems that underpin the strategic partnerships function, ensuring that they enhance data collection, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
  • Implement and synchronize data from different sources, ensuring seamless data flow between revenue systems and platforms for accurate reporting and analysis
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, process adherence to regulatory guidelines, and compliance with industry best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in revenue analytics, exploring new tools and methodologies to enhance data-driven revenue operations


What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of Revenue Analytics / Revenue Operations or related experience, within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in owning and managing an enterprise-level revenue automation platform, balancing standardization and customization to support strategies and tactics
  • Have hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably, or alternatively, the working knowledge to guide the integration and data flow between Commercial Systems and Salesforce
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as: Looker (preferred) Tableau, Data Studio, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to diverse audiences
  • Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing Revenue-related reporting and performance scorecards; can effectively synthesize insights from data-heavy Excel workbooks, Google sheets, and dashboards into concise decks and presentations
  • Strong knowledge of go-to-market applications (i.e. Outreach/SalesLoft, Amplitude, Optimizely, etc)
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest revenue operations trends and analytics techniques
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex revenue concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
