The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director of B2B Performance Marketing, the Marketing Manager for Growth Programs will be responsible for the integrated marketing strategy of the small business segment. Small Business at DailyPay is defined as employers with less than 500 employees. You will own designing and executing full-funnel demand generation programs to meet lead and pipeline targets, leveraging inbound strategies as well as ABM tactics across target segments and personas. Experience working across matrixed teams and the ability to communicate and strategize with business leaders in a fast-paced growth environment is critical.

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Drive Demand: Develop the demand generation strategy to support lead gen (MQLs), pipeline goals (SQLs), and bookings goals for the small business segment - laying out briefs and requirements and engagement with cross-functional teams for execution
- Content Marketing: Craft a comprehensive plan for content creation based on our target audiences' behaviors and interest. Partner with product marketing and the DailyPay studio team to build and publish content for the appropriate marketing channel
- Expertise in Digital Marketing: Build a deep understanding of marketing technologies, processes, and systems necessary to reach our audiences in digital channels such as SEO/SEM, display, social media, e-mail marketing, web, and video
- Align with stakeholders: Own partnership with the Human Capital Management (HCM) small business segment and product teams, including setting joint goals for product growth and representing marketing to ensure audiences and marketing strategies are properly reflected
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work across the marketing and sales organization (Sales, Revenue Marketing, Studio, Brands, Marketing Ops) on campaign GTM strategy, and manage regular check-ins
- Drive data-driven marketing: Drive and/or oversee the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing programs and their success
- Optimize performance: Compile and report on campaign and channel performance and results. Adjust programs/strategies using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Demand Generation Marketing experience or related discipline, in a scaling team environment
