Job Description:
Participates in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements. Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions. Develops prototypes of the system design and works with database, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes. May lead multiple projects with competing deadlines. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations, as well as mentor junior band 5 Architect 1's. Provides input on staffing, budget and personnel. Typically 7 or more years of architecture experience.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a candidate responsible for the development and oversight of model governance for the GIZMO Architecture and Intelligence platform. The role will involve not only managing model governance but also developing various models, including business process models (using BPMN notation) and architectural models (spanning both business and systems architecture) utilizing a mix of ArchiMate and UML notation.
Responsibilities:
In addition to modeling responsibilities, the candidate will contribute to coding enhancements on our core platform by leveraging the platform's API and object model.
This role will collaborate closely with GIZMO's data analysis and modeling teams to ensure seamless integration of database information into model object format tables on our platform. This will involve utilizing the Pro Cloud Server OSLC API and scripting with C#, Java, JavaScript, or Visual Basic languages.

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Sparx Systems technologies, including Sparx Enterprise Architect, Pro Cloud Server, Prolaborate, and related data structures.
- Proven experience in architectural modeling and governance.
- Scripting Languages including C#, Java, JavaScript, or Visual Basic
Desired Qualifications:
- The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification, consulting engagement delivery, and requirements management experience are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology infrastructure and resiliency concepts is a plus.
