Job Description:
Leads teams in the timely resolution of audit issues to ensure that the LOB is operating within regulatory and company requirements. Responsible for issues management limited in scope to LOB products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Serves as primary contact to senior department managers for critical issues. Responsible for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches, and facilitating implementation. Responsible for clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key issue management roles. Communicate risks and rewards associated with decisions and actions to stakeholders in business-oriented terms and ensure all controls are in place to sustain risk mitigation. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective issue action plan setup, execution and control. Leads the Adoption & Sustainment of Change. This role may manage a team of resources. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 3+ plus years of issue/ project management.

• Direct Consumer Lending front line unit or control function experience is desired
• 3+ years of Issues and Project Management experience
• Holds established, effective stakeholder relationships with Consumer Lending front line unit or key control partners

Key responsibilities of the job include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluating current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and project improvements. - Oversees the execution of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators
- Leads project and/or remediation requirement documentation efforts based on identified gaps and controls needed for sustained performance
- Plans and organizes projects using appropriate tools and techniques, including Technology platforms used by client facing employees, change management tools, and risk and issue management tools to ensure efficient and effective project completion
- Navigates across various Lines of Business and partner organizations, including Technology and Risk, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution
- Supports the adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and helps assess adoption risks
