Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, is currently looking to hire a Director, Finance - US Operations for our office located in Memphis, TN. The Director, Finance - US Operations will provide leadership and oversight for the operations finance organization. The qualified senior leader will continue the development of the finance team responsible for the maintenance of accurate financial records, reporting across the organization, maintaining an effective system of financial controls and ensuring the team supports day-to-day financial issues.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze data pertaining to plant metrics to include plant production efficiencies, productivity, working capital management, plant profitability, customer and product line profitability, return on capital & other measures
- Develop financial models for trending and review of cost opportunities
- Preparation of weekly/monthly reporting, analysis of financial results, forecast and budgets for the Meyer Business Unit
- Work in conjunction with our Mexico operations to drive consistency and streamline processes, creating synergy between the US and Mexico plants
- Assist in the implementation of LEAN processes and streamlining of accounting and reporting processes to maximize the contribution to the BU and Corporate strategic and tactical business goals
- Assist with SOX compliance within the finance organization, working to strengthen internal controls and ensure the control environment is operating effectively and efficiently
- Manage and develop accounting resources to support the organization
- Build relationships cross-functionally to foster collaboration both inside and outside the finance teams
- Administer the plant financial systems and provide oversight to the organization
- Assist with compliance for local, state and federal financial and tax reporting requirements
- Oversee the accounting close and financial reporting processes
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery of the financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and all business processes are in accordance with Arcosa internal controls
- Serve as the finance liaison with plant controllers
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- MBA/CPA preferred
- Minimum of 12 years related experience of diverse manufacturing accounting experience as a controller or senior accounting leader
- Proficiency with US GAAP required
- Strong and verifiable technical accounting skills
- Experience implementing/maintaining accounting systems and developing reporting and analytics capabilities
- Ability to audit and manage complex
- Experience working with large ERPs: Oracle, SAP, etc., and reporting systems: OneStream, Hyperion, PowerBI, etc.
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal and interpersonal)
- Ability to present reports accurately and concisely to the executive management team, corporate executives and other business leaders
- Ability to travel up to 25% (US and MEX)
