Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms, with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Knowledge Solutions Engagement Analyst. Reporting to the Project Engagement Manager, this role will create and execute communications and engagement strategies for both short-term and long-term initiatives at the firm.
The Knowledge Solutions Engagement Analyst role is part of our Knowledge Management & Practice Services (KM & PS) department, which focuses on capturing, storing, and sharing information to drive practice innovation. The KM & PS team, a multidisciplinary group of professionals, supports our attorneys in solving legal and business challenges and delivering exceptional client services.
This position will reside in either our Philadelphia or New York office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

For positions in NY, the salary range for this job posting is
$61,639.00 - $98,622.25.
The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position" and the firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, firm or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Engagement Manager in developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for user engagement, training, and adoption.
- Manage assigned projects and associated activities to produce deliverables on time and within scope and budget.
- Regularly monitor and report on end user feedback and adoption progress, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Analyze user adoption metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement strategies.
- Quickly identify key priorities and translate complex issues to create impactful and easily digestible presentations and communications for stakeholders.
- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to create materials that aid in the adoption of our Knowledge Management products.
- Support the execution of firmwide distributions, including proofreading for data accuracy and clarity.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes within the team/department.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be proficient in PowerPoint and have a proven ability to create engaging, high-quality presentations. This includes designing visually appealing slides, effectively communicating complex information, and tailoring content to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to identify gaps, propose effective solutions, and take ownership of projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of analytics for tracking and measuring adoption, with a bonus for experience using Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, with experience designing compelling materials using these applications.
