Operations Manager
Swift, Mc Lean, VA
The Swift Group is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a new prime program. This person will be full-time and provide technical advisement and direction to ensure customer Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for various security systems at both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The successful candidate will have proven experience with multiple security systems, principles of force protection, and team/task management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site program management for this program and resolve complex problems through development of innovative solutions
- Provide advisement on technology developments and capabilities
- Support the Program Manager to ensure all daily operations run smoothly with minimal disruption to facility security by providing: technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, custom product development and integration, validation and fielding of supplied systems
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience providing technical support to physical and technical security systems/programs, with deep expertise in multiple technical security systems
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelors Degree
- US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
