US Citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before their first day.
This position is likely to require periodic on-site work, approximately 2-4 times per month. Applicants must reside within a commutable distance of Washington, D.C.

Internal title/grade: IT Support Analyst 5
Salary Range: $73,500 - $95,000
All individuals being hired to work for TCG must submit to, and successfully pass, a pre-employment background investigation prior to reporting for their first day of work. The pre-employment background investigation will include verification of employment and education, as well as, a criminal and DMV check.
Additional documentation and background checks will also be required for positions that require clearance from the Federal government.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide user support for a suite of collaboration iterative development tools
- Add users, update access as requested by authorized staff
- Help to maintain the structure and content of the tools
- Develop and manage governance and access protocols
- Manage licenses and recommend changes in license capacity as needed
- Work with users to develop new collaboration areas and recommend areas for client support/process improvement.
- Troubleshoot application technical issues and submit bug reports
- Document functional enhancement requests and determine priority for development
- Write and maintain user and technical documentation and best practices and develop training materials and courses
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience that includes,
- At least 3 years of experience supporting web applications
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent grammar and spelling in written communication, and excellent verbal communication
- Ability to learn and contribute quickly to project requirements
- Ability to prioritize and organize efforts in a fast-paced environment
- Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a customer service-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include a basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience using, or providing administrative support, for one or more of the following applications:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Box
- GitHub
- Mural
- Figma
- Crowdicity/IdeaScale
- Solid understanding of web and technology fundamentals
- Experience working with developers and application testing
- HTML knowledge
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology or related preferred), 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
