YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical environment requires some indoor and outdoor work. Indoor work requires long hours of sitting, standing, or walking. Outdoor conditions can vary (e.g., heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions) and working conditions are typical of a construction environment.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Coordinate sales and operational services to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead operational teams, prioritize workflows, and manage regional scheduling and Work in Progress (WIP).
- Identify opportunities, enhance customer service, improve processes, and champion safety.
- Maintain relationships with employees, customers, and partners.
- Present the company's value proposition and handle proposal evaluations and negotiations.
- Report on revenue forecasting, project updates, and service agreements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support company values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 7+ years in a business-to-business technology environment (security, voice, data, video communications).
- 3+ years in a technology or related industry with increasing responsibilities.
- 3+ years in operational management roles with P&L experience.
- Strong financial acumen and metrics analysis skills.
- Proven leadership in operational and project management.
- Ability to build teams, lead change, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in supervising customer service and operational delivery teams.7+ years' experience in business-to-business technology environment in security, voice, data, or video communications solutions
