We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team to partner with business leaders across the organization, to build a high performing, cultivating and collaborative organization. This individual will report to the VP, HR Business Partner and provide HR expertise to all leaders and employees.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Business Partner:
  • Strategic thought partner who collaborates with business and HR partner groups to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting.
  • Partner with internal clients to establish relationships and understand business imperatives to implement HR solutions that are aligned to the business needs.
  • Provide HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, development, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to work on beneficial programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Partner with HR leadership on enhancing core HR processes including performance management, engagement survey analysis, learning initiatives, and employee lifecycle.
Employee Engagement:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and encouraged to deliver top business results.
  • Be a change agent and communicate effectively with employees to manage the impact on workforce morale and productivity.
  • Assist with identifying and implementing employee engagement initiatives to drive high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.
Employee Relations:
  • Assist in the management of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Coach people managers on situations including general leadership skills, org design, performance concerns.
  • Educate team members on best people practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
HR Projects:
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting retention, compensation, benefits, and employee development.
  • Lead and implement HR Projects, such as exit interview, employee appreciate, updating/enhancing HR policies.
  • Manage immigration process from the employer and employee experience perspective in partnership with our legal counsel.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4+ years of client facing experience OR at least 4+ years of consulting experience OR a combination.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organization development, change management, and employee relations.
  • A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues.

SALARY RANGE:

$90,000 - $135,000

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Works primarily in an office environment but is encouraged to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
