Responsibilities

• Acts as finance business partner to the services and delivery organizations which includes working with the business teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Prepares monthly financial reports, performing comprehensive analysis to provide data to both business leaders and division leaders that explains the results of the organzations with cause and effect analysis of those results.
• Performs business modeling to be used in decision making surrounding transformation efforts and cost efficiencies, etc.
• Responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions to ensure proper coding and conformity to the approved budget/forecast.
• Is the main point-of-contact of the business leaders for finance matters.
• Presents monthly forecasts and annual budgets to CFO and CEO.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in accounting or finance and 7 years experience in FP&A roles.
• Strong technical skills with ability to perform advanced modeling using Excel.
• Able to work independantly in a high-paced environment.
