Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing corporate networking team and all networking and IP telephony systems
- Design, test, and implement all networking technologies to meet needs of the organization
- Maintain network security measures and work with IT security and compliance team to ensure a strong security posture
- Manage and maintain all IP telephony systems including installation, configuration, software, and hardware updates
- Monitor networking equipment and performance
- Use data to create improvements and a proactive environment
- Provide technical support and training to team members
Qualifications
- 10 years experience in the networking field
- Strong expertise with Cisco switches, firewalls, routers, wireless
- Experience with software-defined networking
- Expert troubleshooting skills and ability to work with others and vendors closely
- Ability to manage a team of 5-10 engineers and provide hands on support and guidance as required
