Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing corporate networking team and all networking and IP telephony systems
• Design, test, and implement all networking technologies to meet needs of the organization
• Maintain network security measures and work with IT security and compliance team to ensure a strong security posture
• Manage and maintain all IP telephony systems including installation, configuration, software, and hardware updates
• Monitor networking equipment and performance
• Use data to create improvements and a proactive environment
• Provide technical support and training to team members

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in the networking field
• Strong expertise with Cisco switches, firewalls, routers, wireless
• Experience with software-defined networking
• Expert troubleshooting skills and ability to work with others and vendors closely
• Ability to manage a team of 5-10 engineers and provide hands on support and guidance as required
