Responsibilities
- Operates and maintains manufacturing equipment and oversees facility systems upkeep and operation through management of outside vendors and contracts.
- Monitors meters, gauges, or charts registering system operation and records findings.
- Adjusts settings to maintain safe and efficient operation and to meet factory and operational needs.
- Inspects equipment on a regular basis, troubleshoots malfunctions, and provides preventative or emergency maintenance.
Qualifications
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
- Requires BA and 5-7 years.
