We are seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator who will be responsible for the ReliaQuest new hire onboarding training as well as other company training programs. In your role, you will build, enhance, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new ReliaQuest employees and also create and deliver and support the delivery of other training programs. This key role within our ReliaQuest Learning and Development team will create and deliver modern and engaging training experiences across all functional areas of the company.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in building, delivering and facilitating impactful training programs.
The everyday hustle:Facilitate and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, on a monthly cadence, for our newest ReliaQuest team members.Work across the business to build and enhance onboarding content.Build a close collaborative relationship with Technical Operations, Product Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to ensure ongoing knowledge of ReliaQuest solutions.Work in an agile fashion to ensure deliverables are produced to plan, are high quality, effective for the intended audience, and follow brand, voice, and style guidelines.Collaborate with our team of Instructional Designers to train and certify facilitators to deliver our technical and customer training programs.Partner with team members to define and utilize technology solutions to enhance learner experience through both synchronous and asynchronous onboarding sessions.Collaborate outside of classroom with leaders across the organization to ensure the corporate addresses the needs of the company.Summarize feedback monthly and provide any recommendations for updates needed to the program.Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor's degree in a related field.2 years' experience working as a Facilitator / Trainer or in a customer facing role.Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience with working in at least one learning management system such as Litmos, Allego, Canvas, Blackboard.Enthusiasm to thrive as an engaged, collaborative team member in a fast-paced global environment, with the confidence to work independently on multiple projects under tight deadlines and changing conditions.Demonstrates a dynamic and engaging delivery style.Fosters innovation, productivity, agility, and collaboration.Cultivates environment of collaboration in both in-person and virtual learning spaces.High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Understands learning evaluation and measurement principles and knows how to apply those principles.Demonstrates exemplary Attitude, Energy and Effort.What makes you uncommon?
