Lead BSA (Testing)

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst with strong testing, technical and planning skills to join our clients team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing test plans and cases, executing tests, and analyzing and interpreting test results. The ideal candidate would be able to leverage their problem-solving skills to efficiently use existing tools and resolve defects quickly. The candidate should have experience with leading and mentoring team members. In addition to the above, the candidate may be required to assist with the writing of remediation instructions / scripts (in partnership with subject matter experts) to provide guidance to our application partners on remediating vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities:- Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and associated scripts- Create automation strategies and scripts, and maintain the test automation suite- Execute and evaluate test plans and test cases- Analyze software test results and recommend corrective actions- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of test cases- Ensure that Quality standards are met- Responsible for Defect management from identification to resolution- Train personnel in software testing methodology- Review software requirements and test plans- Monitor and report progress on test plans and cases- Work collaboratively with other team members- Write Technical Instructions for vulnerability remediation, working with technical SMEs- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Pay range is 68-70/hour depending on years of experience

Required Skills & Experience
1.) Senior level experience in a business system analyst position, preferably in a lead capacity2.) Experience translating functional requirements and defining test strategy, writing and execute test cases3.) Familiarity with the following technologies: Tableau, SQL stored procedures, Oracle Databases4.) Experience in large scale enterprise environment
