Responsibilities:

Contact and create appointments from leads via phone, email, chat or text

Perform high-quality vehicle demonstrations of new/used vehicles

Enter information in our CRM product to ensure proper future follow-up

Use CRM product for all customer contact and interactions, therefore keeping the BDC staff up-to-date on customers’ current status

Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers

Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business

Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments etc

Work with management to finalize sales, obtain financing for potential clients, and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior commercial van sales experience a plus!

Proven customer service experience, including CSI

Superior communication and customer service skills

Excellent follow-through skills

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Self-motivated team player

Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
