Family Medicine - Boise, ID (Bown Crossing Clinic)

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 600+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to work full-time at its Bown Crossing clinic on the east side of Boise. The Bown Crossing clinic is only 6 years old and sits next to a library, an elementary school, and is within walking distance of Boise’s beautiful greenbelt and foothills.At the Bown Crossing clinic, our team is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life.This position does not include OB care. The physician who joins this team will be assuming an established practice from a retiring physician, with room to grow the panel.We utilize EPIC EHR, and you can count on resources to ensure your days run smoothly and your patients receive the best care: 1:1 Medical Assistants, team nurses, population health support and referral resources.Other services at this practice location include Urgent Care, and on-site digital x-ray and laboratory services, as well as STARS Physical Therapy.

Requirements :Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program;Board certified

or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment ;Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
